Parents will bring the Safe Sitter participant to the check-in table inside HealthWorks!
Once the child is signed in, they’ll play on the Funtastic Floor until class starts at 9 a.m.
Students will learn the basics of child care, first aid, business skills, and CPR*
in a fun and interactive class. Students are expected to bring their own lunch.
Parents are invited to a graduation ceremony at 3:45 when they will see a
sampling of what their child has learned!
*Note that students will learn infant and child CPR, but will not be officially CPR-certified.
If you would like for your child to have certification, they will need to take a separate CPR/AED course.
